Data deletion
Remove connected Instagram and Facebook data, or check a deletion request.
You can remove the data NOWScale stores for a connected Instagram or Facebook account at any time:
- Open NOWScale → Channels and disconnect the account, or delete your NOWScale account from Settings. Either removes the stored tokens and cached data for that channel immediately.
- Or remove NOWScale from your Meta account’s Settings → Apps and Websites. Meta then sends us a deletion request automatically and you land on this page with a confirmation code.
